What do I get for free?

You get one free Standard Card (postcard style) every month.

What do I pay for?

You just pay for delivery – £1.65. You also pay for additional Standard Cards (starting with your second card in a given month) and, at your option, for upgrades to Premium Cards (folded greeting cards and invitations) and Card Packs.

How often can I order a free card?

You can order one free card each month. Your free card count resets at midnight GMT on the 1st of every calendar month.

DELIVERY

When will my recipient receive the card I have ordered?

Your card will typically arrive in just 2-4 days.

Do you post to international destinations?

We sure do. You’ll pay only a small surcharge for delivery to anwhere outside the UK. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery to most international destinations.

Can I have the cards sent to myself?

Absolutely!

How large are the cards?

Choose from our Standard Cards, Premium Cards or Card Packs. Whatever your choice, the sizes are the same—7" x 5" (18x13cm).

What kind of paper will my cards be printed on?

Our Standard Cards are produced using a high-quality 130 lb card paper with a delightful glossy finish. For our Premium Folded Cards and Card Packs, we default to printing on the same 130 lb card paper with the glossy finish but this can be changed to a matt finish at checkout, if desired. As for our Premium Flat Cards and Card Packs, they come with a default matt finish on the 130 lb card paper, but you have the option to change to a glossy finish at checkout. All our Premium cards are delivered with accompanying envelopes.

Where will my cards be printed?

All of our cards are printed right here in the U.K. to the highest quality standards.

USING THE APPLICATION

FreePrints Cards does not have access to my photos on my device. How do I enable access?

iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, and then tap Privacy, Photos, and toggle FP Cards to ON.

Android: Open the Settings app, and then tap Apps & notifications, App permissions, Storage, and toggle FP Cards to ON.

What if I or my recipient is not happy with my card?

Our customers love how their cards turn out. But if by some chance you are not 100% thrilled, we are happy to provide you with a complete refund.

How do I contact customer support?

You can receive support 24/7 directly in the app. After launching, just tap the chat icon at the top of the Home screen.

How can I request to manage my personal information?
